Anna Belous, D.D.S.

Dr. Belous is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Rochester, with a degree in biology.  Dr. Belous went on to the State Universy of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, where she received her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery.  She then continued her post-doctoral studies at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program.  Since then, Dr. Belous has advanced her expertise by completing additional training in the areas of Six-Month Braces, Lumineers, Invisalign (clear braces), Clear Correct (clear braces), dental implants and complete mouth restorations.

Dr. Belous is affiliated with Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).  She focuses her practice on comprehensive, quality dental care, while utilizing state of the art instrumentation and techniques, using the best of traditional and contemporary approaches to treatment.  She has completed many advanced cases of porcelain veneers and implant restorations, along with more traditional crown and bridge work, bringing a natural look to the work being accomplished.

In her effort to deliver the highest quality dental work, Dr. Belous strives to ensure that her patients understand the state of their oral health and the procedures that may need to be performed.  Dr. Belous’ practice is patient-centric and revolves around minimizing any patient discomfort.  To accomplish this, she uses nitrous oxide gas, conscious sedation (sedative medicine taken orally) and administers anesthesia in the most soothing, gentle manner possible.  The Practice is equipped with the most advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment to perform each procedure in the most efficient manner, yielding esthetically best looking results.  For Dr. Belous this is the realization of her vision of uncompromising excellence in dentistry.

Arlene Messer, D.D.S.

Dr. Messer is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry (1984), and has been practicing dentistry in Rochester since 1989.  Her dental practice began in Manhattan, where she developed a keen interest in full mouth esthetic restoration.  Dr. Messer’s commitment to ideal dentistry and patient comfort is the cornerstone of her practice.

Dr Messer utilizes the most current technology available to modern dentistry, and is always looking for techniques that are more efficient and offer greater comfort to her patients.  To accomplish this end, she has continued her dental education at various universities throughout the country and studied with some of the most highly respected dental practitioners.

She has studied with Dr. Herbert Schilder at Boston University, to increase her dental expertise in the field of endodontic therapy (root canal treatment) in 1990 through 1992.  In 1997, Dr. Messer completed a one-year externship in the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants at the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine.  Most recently, Dr. Messer became certified in the administration of Oral Conscious Sedation, Invisalign (clear braces), Six-Month Braces and Lumineers.

Over the past 10 years Dr. Messer has been affiliated with the Las Vegas Institute for Advance Dental Studies (LVI), the world’s premier postgraduate teaching center.  She has now completed the graduate curriculum and is now eligible to teach at the institute as well as to work toward Mastership.  At LVI, Dr Messer has acquired state of the art techniques for creating beautiful, long lasting smiles.  In addition, Dr. Messer has completed advanced training in Neuromuscular Dentistry which allows her to identify and treat TMJ disorders and head and neck pain.

Dr. Messer is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the New York State Dental Society, and American Academy of Orofacial Pain (AAOP), Holistic Dental Association, Mercury-Free Dentists and IAOMT (International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology).
